Burglary check, damage check, check of all building installations, adequate ventilation of the home and flushing of all water pipes.

Laundry service is only offered in conjunction with our cleaning service. We bring the laundry to a launderette where it is washed and, if requested, ironed. Then we pick up the package and bring it back to the house.

The guest service of a finca, a chalet or an apartment consists of check-in, check-out, and a check of the whole property (garden and pool included). 

We provide general garden maintenance including: mowing grass, pruning, removing weeds and cleaning up with a brush cutter. And if necessary we do repairs of the watering system or other garden installations.

We offer professional cleaning of properties. We do inside cleaning and clean windows and terraces. Our  team has years of experience at high standard.

Our pool service includes the complete care of your pool. We maintain your pool weekly, measure the values, clean filters and carry out the work required on a weekly basis (e.g. backwashing). If necessary, we can also do reparations.
